Multiple Modifiers in the Same Incompatibility Group Level Are Incorrectly Applying to the Same Order Line (Doc ID 2438821.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Finds that both modifiers in incompatibility group level 1 and pricing phase = All Lines Adjustment are being applied.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expects one modifier, based on best price, will be applied.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

A. Modifier Setup

1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Modifier > Modifier Setup
3. Modifier Test OID-01.
  This is the expected modifier to be applied.
  Modifier should be applied when item quantity for all items in item category are between 144.00 and 999999.00
  It is in incompatibility group 1 and pricing phase = All Lines Adjustment
  Comparison Value: 29
  Other item discount.

4. Modifier Test OID-02
  This is the modifier that should not be applied along with the Other Item Discount modifier Test OID-01.
  It is in incompatibility group 1 and pricing phase = All Lines Adjustment
  20% Discount

B. Test entering a sales order
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter order header
4. Enter three sales order lines
Line 1.1
  item: ABC123
  qty: 40.00 BTL
  Unit Selling Price: 8.40
  Unit List Price:21.00

Line 2.1
  item: ABC123
  qty:40.00 BTL
  Unit Selling Price:12.60
  Unit List Price:21.00

Line 3.1
  item:ABC123
  qty:100.00 BTL
  Unit Selling Price: 8.40
  Unit List Price:21.00

5. Save.

Find that both modifiers are applied to the order lines.
