GLPPOS GL Posting Errors With Error12, On GLXJEENT Funds Reservation Stays "In Process" (Doc ID 243890.1)

Symptoms

When posting an actual journal which has not come from the subledger, the GL Posting Errors with :
Error12 - funds reservation failed.

When view the journal in the Enter Journals form, the funds reservation stays "In Process"
The STATUS column in GL_JE_BATCHES has a value which is not 'N', 'P' or 'R'

The Post button and the Reserve funds button are both greyed out.

When select the View Results button, the Budgetary Control Transaction Report shows NO DATA FOUND.
