Claim Mass approval auto refresh of claims list after approval is not working after patch deployment

We recently deployed the Patch 24698096:R12.OZF.B to solve for claims missing in mass approval screen. Users are reporting that auto refresh of mass approval screen is not working since then.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After patch 24698096:R12.OZF.B
2. User are reporting that autofresh of mass approval screen is not working
