Symptoms
When attempting to update tax amount in tax details form
the following error occurs.
APP-ZX-999967220： Tax amount cannot be updated when the tax value and basis of taxation equals zero.
or
"Unexpected error occurred during Tax Calculation. Exception: An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. Please correct the problem or contact you System Administrator. System is trying to delete frozen tax distributions. Unable to complete Tax Processing".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log in Payables (AP) responsibility
2.Navigate to query the issued invoice and click tax details button.
3.Click Tax Details Button and try to update the tax amount from A to B (Not zero)
4.Save, then above error pops out
