ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While creating Recipe using Copy functionality- Operations are duplicated in the Routing. This occurs when the user goes to the Fixed Process Loss UOM field, changes the value then directly saves without leaving this field. The operations will
then be duplicated. If the user clicks into the recipe header after changing the Fixed Process Loss UOM, the issue does not occur.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Steps and operations should not be duplicated when copying a recipe.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility -> Formulator
2 Navigate to -> Recipe form
3 Query an existing version of recipe.
4 Try to create a new version of recipe by following Duplicate Record above option.
5. Give a new version to the recipe.
6. Manually change the Formula version
7. Click on save.
8. Manually change the Routing Version. Click to the Fixed Process Loss UOM field, change UOM. Do not leave this field.
9. Click on Save.
10. Now the Step Quantity tab of Recipe has duplicate steps.
