How to Address BIS Synonyms Violating SECTION 15 Of Online Patching Readiness Reports After Upgrading to 12.2?

Goal
SECTION 15 of the "EBS Online Patching Database Compliance Checker" (ADZDDBCC.sql) shows 102 Synonyms belonging to the Applications BIS product that are violating the following standard:
"Synonym must point to an object."
Need to cleanup these violations so the report has meaningful data going forward.
