Goal
On 12.1.3 HRMS Rup 11 - Affordable Care Act
Here is the scenario in question:
1. Either a company who previously had many GREs - is splitting - and so only a portion of the existing GREs will be reporting to the IRS
OR
2. A company has many GREs - and only a few of them report to the IRS
Assumptions and Starting Points:
In both of the above scenarios - the assumption for the below discussion is that all GREs are under the same Business Group.
In the sample case used for this note
- The customer was in the middle of getting reporting setup
- So for the reporting year in question - all the GREs had active employees on the system.
