The Credit card details are defaulting onto charge lines even though profile option Service: Default Service Request Credit Card to Charge Lines is set to No.
Expect the Credit Card details to default only when the profile option is set to Yes.

- Click on the Charges & Logistics tab
=> The Credit Card defaults at the Charge line.
