Error: "INVALID LPN" Error Message during Move any LPN transaction in MSCA (Doc ID 2440240.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Inbound Processing

When attempting to perform Move any License Plate Number (LPN), the following error occurs.

Invalid LPN


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Mobile applications (MSCA)
2. Select Whse Mgmt responsibility
3. Navigate to Tasks > Directed tasks > Directed move > Move any LPN
4. Choose organization
5. Enter LPN information
6. Select Drop option
7. Enter the details and make sure to enter "Into LPN" same as LPN entered in step 5
