E-Business Suite 12.2 Technology Stack, IAS for Applications Technology related issues
Login page fails for all users with the following error:
"Requested resource or page is not allowed"
This can start to occur after different patching paths like ATG 12.2.6 (21900895:R12.ATG_PF.C.DELTA.6) or TKX Delta 9 (25180736:R12.TXK.C.DELTA.9) and onwards (including Delta.10 and / or JWS patches).
ADOP all completes successfully for all the patching performed, and all services are started successfully after the patch cycle is complete.
Only the login page fails after entering user credentials:
"Requested resource or page is not allowed in this site"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to login using login url to EBS
2. Error is displayed on the screen.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to EBS
Applied Delta or JWS patches recently to an E-Business Suite instance.
