Error On Charges HTML When Navigating Back To Charges From Order Details (Doc ID 2440415.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Update Service Request

When attempting to navigate from Charges HTML to sales order lines details and then use the breadcrumb links to go back to Charges, the following error occurs.

Incident Id and Incident Number are missing. Please provide one of these values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Agent Dashboard query an existing service request
2. Go to Charges and Service Logistics
3. In Charges HTML expand a submitted charges line
4. Click on the sales order number. The sales order page is displayed
5. Click on View Line Details
6. On the breadcrumb, click on Charges
7 The reported error occurs
