Sales Order Mass Change Performance Issue

On : 12.1.3 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations
Order Management Sales Orders Mass update of Quantity is taking more than couple of hours.
This is affecting users productivity and impacting the shipping of orders.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Order Organizer
Ship To Location: <
Customer Number: <
2. Then after clicking in Find I go to the Lines tab and Select all:
And then go to Tools -> Mass Change.
New Qty = 0 and Reason is Latest Customer Release:
3. After clicking on Ok is when you can see the issue in production,
it takes a lot of time to perform it.
