Previously Entered UDA Field Values Don't Propagate to Other Languages After Language Pack Installation (Doc ID 2441350.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After language packs for several languages were applied, UDA field values which were previously filled out do not reflect in the new languages.
Since the language packs have been installed, users can enter information in the UDA fields in any language (English, Portuguese, Spanish, etc.) and it will be reflected across all languages without issue.

However, all the data entered before the language packs were applied does not reflecting in the other languages.

It is expected that the previously entered values should automatically reflect in other languages as well.
