ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the agent or supervisor, clicks on an email in the message queue and clicks reply, the compose email page launches but is blank; it does not fetch the email chain, and also does not insert any template on the compose email page.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------------------------
1. Apply Patch 22111795 - 12.1.3 STACK OVERFLOW IN LINE ERRORS SENDING EMAIL MESSAGES
2. Go to Email center Supervisor responsibility
3. Click on an email in the message queue and click reply

Observe that the compose email page launches but is blank; it does not fetch the email chain, and also does not insert any template on the compose email page.
