Copied Requisition’s Not Showing Up In CLM iProcurement Correctly (Doc ID 2441630.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 Requisition lines are not showing in the demand workbench if they are copied from a line that is already placed on sourcing event

Copied requisition lines should not save references to other requesters, buyers etc...

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy a one line requisition that was not awarded
2. The copied line can not be located in demand workbench or as an unassigned requisition in workload assignment. Found that it has been assigned.


Due to this issue, copied requisitions are saving references to other requesters
