Unable To Save FBO Post Data Due To Mismatch Error (Doc ID 2441749.1)

Symptoms

When trying to SAVE data on any FBO form (creating a solicitation), the following error occurs.
Patch '26123770:R12.PON.D' is already applied and fixed file is already in placed: FormFieldValuesVORowImpl.class 120.17.12020000.11

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Solicitation: CLM Sourcing Contracting Professional < Sourcing < Sourcing Home Page < Create Solicitation
2. Enter the required information and SAVE the solicitation
3. Scroll to the ‘Abstract and Forms’ section and add another row:
4. Click on the Enter Data field and populate required data on the form:
5. Click the Apply button to get the error:
