Symptoms

When user attempts to request access to additional role, the Access Requests Page does not display all roles available in system.
User logs on with responsibility associated with Human Resources application


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Home Page-> Settings-> Access Requests
Request Access -> Select Category -> Miscellaneous
