While Entering a Sales Order Line below error displayed

ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_LINE_UTIL", line 12758
ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_ACCEPTANCE_UTIL Procedure Default_Contingency_Attributes


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log Into Order Management Responsibility
2) Enter header details
3) Enter Ordered Item, tab enter qty, use Down arrow to reach to next line
4) Enter 2nd line item, tab enter qty,use up arrow to move the cursor back to first line or quickly do ALT E+R+B (Clear the Block) and then Save the record (not before it).
  This will throw the same error and then Acceptance name/contingency rule id is blank.
