Deceased Pensioners Not Being Reported On FPS 2017/18 (Doc ID 2441970.1)

Symptoms

Deceased Pensioners not being reported on the RTI - Full Payment Submission (FPS) - Additional Reporting 2017/18.

The employees with RTI Sent Flag Unchecked, and with RTI FPS ran in the past, are not reported by RTI - Full Payment Submission (FPS) - Additional Reporting 2017/18 with Late Leavers details.

Using the data fix from RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2015/16 - New Starter RTI Sent Flag Unchecked (Doc ID 2161501.1), the late leavers are reported.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using UK HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. RTI - Full Payment Submission (FPS) - Additional Reporting 2018/19
3. The late leavers are not reported
