Unable To View Japanese Data In MFS Laptop Application

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Japanese characters entered in the attachment description or the attachment filename in MFS Laptop are displayed as junk characters in the database and application.
However, if the same files are uploaded from main application, all characters are displayed correctly.
Also, the Japanese characters entered in the Task details description or in the MFS notes section are displayed properly.
1. Log into MFS Laptop client.
2. Add a file containing Japanese characters in its name as task attachment.
3. Check how the filename is displayed in the app and db.
