Unable to Download the Resume of Applicant

Problem Statement :
After Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6, when previewing candidate resumes that have been uploaded into the system a blank page is returned.
Steps to Reproduce :
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- using iRecruitment Manager
- Go to Candidates > Prospect Pool > Search for candidate
- Click on file name (Resume)
- A blank page is opened
Instance upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6
