Unable to Download the Resume of Applicant (Doc ID 2441987.1)

Problem Statement : 

After Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6, when previewing candidate resumes that have been uploaded into the system a blank page is returned.

Steps to Reproduce :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. using iRecruitment Manager
  2. Go to Candidates > Prospect Pool > Search for candidate
  3. Click on file name (Resume)
  4. A blank page is opened


 Instance upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6
