On : 12.1.1 version and above, Tax Deducted at Source-Payables

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issue while opening TDS(Tax Deducted at Source) Tax Details Form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Performance issue should not be there while opening TDS Tax Details Form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create AP Invoice
2. Navigate to Tools --> India Tax Details form then users can see the issue

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users time gets wasted
