Symptoms
On : 12.2.3 version, Customers Module
When attempting to access customer sites for Spain, the following error occurs.
ERROR ----------------------- ID JE.ES.ARXCUDCI.Additional for the flexfield segment Context Value does not exist in the value set $FLEX$.DF_CONTEXTS
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Query a customer in Receivables 2. Navigate to Site Details 3. Under Business Purposes Tab, click on details icon for Ship_TO site
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot access site details for customers for Spain.
