Changing Message on BPA Content Item Does Not Change the Message in the Print Output (Doc ID 2442304.1)

Symptoms



Changes to the Custom message do not appear to print in the output, but are seen in the interactive preview.

ERROR / ISSUE
-----------------------

Expect to see the new message in the output of the print program.

STEPS
-----------------------

Bill Presentment Super User (or equivalent) Responsibility

Template Management Tab ->Content items
Query one the of the Messages being used in existing templates.
Click the Update icon  (pencil icon)
Make a change to the existing Message.
NOTE: You will get a warning indicating that it's in use with existing template

Click apply
Print the Invoices using BPA and see the old message still in the output.
Online preview shows the new message.
