12.2: RapidWiz Fails With Error "Fatal Error: TXK Install Service" (Doc ID 2442369.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version.

When running rapidwiz to install a fresh Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 release the following error occurs:
