Profile WMS: Express Returns Is Set to No. However This Transaction Will Be Processed As Express Return. OK Button Is Missing And Cannot Continue. (Doc ID 2442378.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Inbound Processing

Cannot create return to vendor in html page if the profile WMS: Express Returns is set to No.
When trying to create a return to vendor through html return window, get the following error message:
Profile WMS: Express Returns is set to No. However this transaction will be processed as express return. Click Ok to process the transaction as an express return or Cancel to close this window without processing this transaction.

The button Ok doesn't exist so the process cannot continue.
Users get stuck and cannot progress further to create the RTV.

ERROR
Profile WMS: Express Returns is set to No. However this transaction will be processed as express return. Click Ok to process the transaction as an express return or Cancel to close this window without processing this transaction.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory > Transactions > Receiving > Returns
2. Click the create new and enter a PO details
3. Click on Save and see the error
