On 12c version,Bi Publisher

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The Add to Favorites from Reports Menu does not work.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Add to Favorites from the Reports Menu icon should work

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any BI Publisher report
2. On top right side of the page locate and click the Menu button (Gear looking icon).
3. From the drop-down, choose 'Add to Favorites'. The menu item is not clickable and nothing happens.

 
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Add to Favorites functionality. From this location
