Approval Rules Are Not Working In Trade Management (Doc ID 2443122.1)

Symptoms

Custom approval rule functions are not working within Trade Management. When the users attempt to approve claims using their custom approval rule function, the below error is thrown:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27120: SQL error during query execution. Statement: SELECT OBJ.object_rule_name FROM ams_object_rules_vl WHERE OBJ.object_rule_id = :1
