Incompatible Order's Special Service Duration Applied to Shipments Based on Transport Mode (Doc ID 2443217.1)

Symptoms

OTM incorrectly assigns the Order's Special Service Duration/Time to a Shipment although the shipment has a different Transport Mode (TL) than the one defined on the Order's Special Service's Mode profile (LTL).

The order has a Special Service ID with an "LTL" mode profile, to add activity time on the source location. The expectation is that OTM should not assign the Special Service that has an LTL mode profile to a TL Shipment.
