Symptoms
When attempting to reserve a PO which is already returned to supplier, against an SO, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Reservation Quantity (1) can not be greater than available to reserve quantity (0) for Supply document.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Applications
2. ASN Shipment Created against an Purchase Order
3. Receipt Created against the ASN
4. Performed Returned to Supplier Transactions
5. Created a Sales Order for the same item for 1 quantity
6.SO has been booked with message 'Quantity on hand fails to satisfy reservation'
(This is because there is no stock for this item in Inventory)
7.Tried to create a manual reservation
In Demand tab, entered the SO details.
In Supply Tab, entered Source as PO and PO Number, Quantity
8.Error appears as below :
Reservation Quantity (1) can not be greater than available to reserve quantity (0) for Supply document.
