In Buyer work center, email/fax not populated after navigation of tab

In the Buyers Work Center, when updating a Purchase order, if we navigate to another TAB then back to the Header region, email and fax are not populated
In the Buyers Work Center, when updating a Purchase order, if we navigate to another TAB then back to the Header region, both email and fax radio buttons are populated
Steps to Replicate
1.set profile "PO: Default Communication method from Order document" to Yes.
2.Open a PO in Buyer work center, for which po_headers_all.email_address value is not null.
3.Untick the communication method for e-mail, navigate to the lines TAB, then Navigate back to the Header.
Currently, re-tick the communication method for e-mail but the e-mail address is not there.
Expected behavior is, re-tick the communication method for e-mail and the e-mail address is there.
