Qualifier Minisite Is Not Working After The Upgrade

After upgrade of E-Business Suite Applications from R12.2.5 to R12.2.7 find the Qualifier Minisite is not working and the wrong price list is being referenced for pricing items.

No changes were done to the pricing setups during the upgrade.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting the same pricing behavior as in 12.2.5 for qualifier precedence.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Two price lists.
1. Primary Price List
  - USD Currency Code
  - No Price List Qualifier
  - All Items at a Precedence of 220

2. Secondary Price List
  - CAD Currency Code
  - Price List Header Qualifier with Minisite Context and a Precedence of 1
  - All Items with a precedence of 220

In 12.2.5 when user tries to place order in iStore with Minisite Id = 10040 the Qualifier of 1 to take precedence over Line Precedence and the pricing engine to reference to Secondary Price List for the item pricing.
In 12.2.7 the wrong price list is referenced and no changes were done to above setups, the pricing engine is incorrectly using the Primary Price List.
