Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Asset Management
When attempting to update a quote which has many assets (50 or more), changing the purchase amount of one single asset takes long time to complete, eventually causes the following error:

Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
At the Database level, one can see the DB session working for hours
In some cases, the info is updated after the DBA confirm that the DB session has completed, but sometimes no change is noticed.
A very serious side-effect of this performance issue is that on the Weblogic console of EBS we can see many STUCK THREADS related to this process.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a lease contract with more than 50 assets.
2. Book the contract
3. Create a termination quote and let it stay in Drafted status
4. Go to amounts tab of the quote and choose a quote line amount and click on update
5. Update one single asset amount and click on Apply and after 5 min receive the error
