Is It Possible for Transactions with the Same Processed Date for the Same Plan Element to have Different Rates? (Doc ID 2444206.1)

Goal

You calculated transactions that have a processed date of 01-MAY-2017.   Your rate table is active from 01-JAN-2017 through 31-DEC-2017.  After the transactions were calculated, you changed the rates associated with the transactions.  You expect that the new rates will only apply to new transactions and not impact the transactions that were already calculated, even though the new transactions have a processed date of 01-MAY-2017.
