Symptoms
When attempting to update one employee personal records the following error occurs:
ERROR
FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see the change.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HRMS Manager
2. People> Enter and Maintain
3. Change email or any record and click save.
