E-Business Suite 12.2 Technology Stack, Advanced Configurations for Secure Socket Layer related issues
After following the steps in <Note 1367293.1> - Enabling TLS in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2, when users try to open Oracle Wallet Manager (OWM) it fails with the following error:

Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.IllegalStateException: This function should be called while holding treeLock
at java.awt.Component.checkTreeLock(Component.java:1196)
at java.awt.Container.validateTree(Container.java:1682)
at oracle.security.admin.wltmgr.owmt.C119.v(C119)
...
The issue is observed after when upgrading the JDK used by OVM (<WebTierHome>/jdk) via either of the following documents:
<Note 1530033.1> -Using the Latest JDK 7.0 Update with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2
<Note 1459546.1> - Using JDK 6.0 Latest Update with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2,
The warning message can even be generated when exporting a certificate request using JDK 6 in <FMW_Home>/webtier.Oracle Wallet Manager (OVM).
