Unable to define Third party registration setup for TDS Regime.

Error Message

ORA-01403: no data found

Steps for replication
------------------------
Under Registrations tab In third party registration form with regime code as TDS , Reporting type name as Vendor Type
this error is observed.

Expected Behavior
--------------------
Expects that the Third party registration be allowed to be performed for new 
suppliers .
