Symptoms

When attempting to copy a Service Request using Tools2 option, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
API Validation Error (CS_INCIDENTLINKS_UTL.validate_LINK_DETAILS):
no record with the primary key NULL exist in table CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_VL


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service
2. (N) Service Requests > Create Service Requests
3. Search any Service Request
4. Click on Tools2 > Copy Service Request
