When Splitting Order Line, The Tax Amount Is Duplicated (Doc ID 2445206.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find when user splits an order line the tax amount doubles.
Example:
Order 123
Line 1.1>Tax amount: 36.96, order qty: 2, after split order qty: 1
Line 1.2>Tax amount: 36.96, order qty: 1
Total order qty remains the same: 2
But the tax has doubled from 36.96 to 73.92

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the tax amount will not double but remain constant

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Order Organizer
3. Query order
Go to line and split it
See the tax amount has doubled

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correctly split order line as the tax amount doubles.
