Issue With Custom Substitution VO on the Manager Self-Service Assignment Page (Doc ID 2445350.1)

Goal

Created and deployed a substitution VO for UsJobLovVo. The new VO gets an error under specific circumstances the following error is received:

"oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation."

The page is "/oracle/apps/per/selfservice/deployperson/webui/AssignmentPG ", and if you delete or change the job name that defaults then the new VO works, if you leave the default value and click on the magnifying glass, then try to query you get the error message.

How can this be corrected?
