Symptoms

Shipment cost is not rounding up as defined in the rate record. The rate record is defined to compute the shipment total to round up for nearest interval of 0.0100. when an order is planned onto a shipment the total cost value does not round up to the nearest interval defined. Rate Record is defined as Charge 25.3500 TRL PER 1000 KG OF Shipment SELECT Weight for a specific Equipment group and rounding type has been defined as "Nearest Interval", Rounding interval as 0.0100 at currency field level always.

For example

If  the sell shipment <Shipment ID> (25.35 TRL per 1,000 KG of Shipment SELECT Weight (26500.0 KG) = 671.775 TRL [Min: 633.75 TRL]
This issue pertains even after trying all the parameters in rate cost. At the moment, the amount is shown as 671.77 where as in the database back-end the original value is shown as 671.769999999999981810105964541435241699

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Rate Record is defined as Charge 25.3500 TRL PER 1000 KG OF Shipment SELECT Weight for Equipment group that is being used
2. Define rate record Rounding type has been defined as "Nearest Interval", Rounding interval as 0.0100 at currency field level always for the equipment group for a Service Provider
2. Create a Sell Shipment
3. Check the shipment total actual cost value
