Webadi Users Unable To Upload From More Than One Tab (Doc ID 2445422.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Webadi Users are not able to upload from more than one tab as they were able to do previously

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Oracle Tab should be there.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
After copy and pasting the webadi to a second tab.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

a. Client PC OS Type = Windows
b. Version = 8.1 Single Language
c. Mode 64-bit or 32-bit = 64-bit

The Browser
a. Type, IE or Firefox = Firefox
b. version = 52.6.0esr
c. Mode 64-bit or 32-bit

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0
