There are either non-accountable events existing in the system, or events which could not be processed because no data could be found on transaction objects. Please enable the profile option SLA: Enable Diagnostics,create accounting again, and run the report Transaction Objects Diagnostics to identify the problem.

Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Cost Adjustment Account
Rule owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the
source values passed for the transaction.

Please ensure the accounting events for the transaction with the following identifiers for the application Projects have been accounted:
project_id: <project id> draft_revenue_num: <draft revenue num>.
