On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When OM:Debug Level is set to Null customer is unable to update customer PO number on drop ship order where PO Line is
 received fully or partially.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to update Customer PO .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in via custom responsibility
2. Order >Sales Order
3. Query Order
4.Update Customer PO
