Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Manager, Rapid Clone related issues

 

 

 

 

After a clone, viewing E-Business Suite output in a browser (via FNDWRR) fails with the following error:

 

Authentication Failure

 For example in the output of report 'FS Diagnostic Test Program', we can see the error message:

-- Displaying first 25 lines returned by FNDWRR.exe:
-- BEGIN FILE -------------------------------------
Authentication failed.
-- END FILE ---------------------------------------

-- ERROR: Unable to transfer file successfully!

+- FILE test failed. --------------------------------------------------+

+- Running RFILE test -------------------------------------------------+

-- Retrieving file: /tmp/file.txt
From node : /tmp/node.txt

-- Calling FND_WEBFILE.SET_DEBUG

-- Calling RemoteFile.getFile()

FileAccessException thrown by RemoteFile: oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.FileAccessException

-- ERROR: Unable to transfer file successfully!
