MTL_TRANSACTION_ACCOUNTS.TRANSACTION_VALUE=NULL Causing SLA Error 0 Subledger Journal Entry does not balance in the Entered Currency (Doc ID 2446186.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Performance

ROOT CAUSE for: When field MTL_TRANSACTION_ACCOUNTS.TRANSACTION_VALUE=NULL and there is a currency conversion, the record created in XLA_AE_LINES by Create Accounting is incorrect and creates an error:

It is unclear if the root cause is the way the record is created in MTL_TRANSACTION_ACCOUNTS, or with the way the Subledger record is created, or something else.

"The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines."


OBSERVATIONS

The issue can NOT be reproduced at will.

1. Issue has only been observed to occur with PO Delivery transactions
2. Issue is observed with Material Overhead Absorption lines.
3. It is the currency conversion that causes the imbalance error: the affected record does not convert properly.
