Unable To Create Chargeback Invoice Of AR Receipt (Doc ID 2446260.1)

On : 12.1.2 version, Receipts Related

When attempting to create chargeback invoice on a receipt
the following error occurs.

frm-40735: on-insert trigger raised unhandled exception ora-01422

The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot on prod create chargebacks for some receipts

The fnd log looks like the following:
