Container Packing Not Working: Tare Weight and Number of Containers Used Is Not Correct (Doc ID 2446381.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Shipping Transactions form

Observe that after the setup of Containers, Item-Containers Relationship and UOM Conversion, the Container Packing is not working.
Tare Weight and Number of Containers Used Is Not Correct

Issues Observed:

1) Container Packing was not working as Tare Weight is not correct.
2) Number of containers is not correct (not adhering to container item relationship).


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create order and book
2. Delivery details and delivery are created
3. Weights and Number of Containers used are not as expected
