Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Transaction Entry
When attempting to enter an order with line set = ship,
the following error occurs.

Error: ORA-1403: no data found in
Package oe_line_set
Procedure default_line_set
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders, Returns>Sales Orders
3. Enter order and see error
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter orders due to error.
