Create Accounting - Assets - Depreciation Events Are Not Processed Or Transferred To GL (Doc ID 2446449.1)

Symptoms

Create Accounting does not process the DEPRECIATION event during Create Accounting when the Depreciation was run in the middle of the current period.

Submit Create Accounting for the ledger with an end date of 31-AUG, but the current open period is SEP-18 and date of depreciation run was 7-SEP
